Join Our Team at Mindful Martial Arts!
Do you love working with kids?
Are you passionate about martial arts and looking for meaningful work?

At Mindful Martial Arts, we help kids ages 4–17 grow into focused, disciplined, and confident versions of themselves—capable of defending themselves and navigating life with resilience.

About Us
We offer high-quality Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu instruction for both self-defense and sport in a fun, inclusive environment.
Every class concludes with a mindfulness practice and mat chat. Beyond physical jiu-jitsu, we also teach energetic and verbal jiu-jitsu—giving kids tools to prevent and defuse conflict while being fully prepared for physical defense.

Our students are an amazing bunch: attentive, respectful, and eager to learn.
